To properly build a custom quote, we need to have a conversation – not an email or text exchange (although these will be utilized when appropriate), but an old-fashioned, live, phone conversation. We have to understand your need to be able to customize a solution for you. Once we collect enough details from you, then we will assemble a binding quote based on the information provided. (If changes are required later. because of your evolving needs, then said quote would be revised accordingly.)

Our pricing model is s simple. Most transportation companies make you pay for a minimum block of time, typically four hours or more. However, that’s not how we work. With us, you will generally pay only for the time that you are actively using the vehicle (we don’t charge you for the time it takes to get to you, or back to our garage, if you are within an hour’s drive). For example, if the ceremony and reception are being held at the same venue, and you would like daytime photos with the vehicle and then just drive from the venue to your hotel/home/AirBnB after the reception, the you would only be paying for the photo time plus the getaway drive’s time. There is no reason you should have to pay for the vehicle during the reception when it’s not being used – although we have had some clients ask to have the vehicle left on the premises during the reception to allow guests to take their own photos with it, so this would be considered “active use” in this case.

Most of our engagements falls in the range of one-to-two hours. Our current rate is $499 for the first hour, with ever hour thereafter being an additional $150. Thus, two hours would cost $649, three hours costing $790, and so on – and as you see from the above, we don’t mind splitting the time at no extra cost.
